At Raju Babu Charitable Trust, we believe that strong, Christ-centered leadership is the foundation of a healthy and growing church. Through our Pastors Leadership Program, we are empowering and equipping passionate men and women of God who are faithfully serving in some of the most challenging and unreached areas.
Empowering 250 Dedicated Leaders
We are currently supporting 250 pastors and leaders who are courageously spreading the Gospel among unengaged and least-reached communities. Many of these leaders serve in remote villages, facing persecution and poverty, yet they continue to bring hope and transformation through the message of Jesus Christ.
Our trust provides them with spiritual training, mentorship, financial assistance, and resources to strengthen their ministries and communities.
Our Core Focus Areas
1. Church Planting
We are committed to seeing the Gospel take root in every village and community. Through our church planting initiative, we have seen the birth of over 750 house churches—small, vibrant communities where believers gather to worship, learn, and serve together.
2. Discipleship Training
We conduct ongoing discipleship training programs that help pastors and emerging leaders grow in biblical understanding, leadership skills, and ministry effectiveness. These trainings focus on raising mature disciples who, in turn, disciple others—creating a multiplying movement of faith.
3. Reaching Unengaged Communities
Our vision extends beyond existing boundaries. We are reaching unengaged and unreached groups—places where the name of Jesus has never been heard. Our leaders courageously enter these communities, bringing the light of the Gospel and establishing lasting spiritual foundations.

- Built 10 leadership networks that nurture growth and collaboration among pastors
