Raju Babu Charitable Trust, founded in 2023 by Chairman Kommu Rajubabu in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, is a Christian non-profit organization committed to building a better and more compassionate society. Rajubabu now serving as a Pastor in Kakinada city, at his own church.
With a heart for the underprivileged and a vision for sustainable change, the Trust runs impactful social programs that focus on education, discipleship, empowerment, and community transformation. Every initiative is rooted in the love of Christ and driven by the desire to see individuals and families live with dignity, hope, and purpose.
Our Founder’s Story
A Life Called to Serve God and the Needy
My name is Rajubabu Kommu from India. I was blessed to be born into a Christian family—both my father and grandfather served faithfully as pastors. From my childhood, I shared a close relationship with God and began serving Him as a Sunday school teacher. Even then, the Lord placed a deep burden in my heart to help children and widows, especially in the areas of education and nutrition.
However, the journey was not easy. Our family faced many financial and spiritual struggles, especially while living among unbelievers. After completing my post-graduation, I sought God’s direction for my life. During three days of fasting and prayer, I took baptism and fully dedicated myself to God’s service.
One night at 11:30 p.m., while in prayer, the Holy Spirit gave me a clear vision. I saw myself sharing the Gospel with people I had never met, in places I did not know. The Lord spoke to my heart:
“I have chosen you to expand My Kingdom in India — to fulfill the Great Commission, to make disciples, and to reach the unreached through church planting.”
From that moment in 2016, my mission began. I started ministering in rural villages with five women leaders and five pastors, focusing on church planting and discipleship. Though resources were limited, faith and prayer carried us forward. I prayed earnestly for God to bring the right people to stand with me — and in His perfect time, He did.
Through divine partnerships and the support of faithful believers, the vision of community transformation began to grow. Today, by God’s grace, we are helping children receive education for a brighter future, supporting widows with care and dignity, empowering women through self-employment, and raising new leaders to plant and strengthen churches across unreached regions.

Our Core Ministries
1. Children’s Ministry
We care for 50 children every month through programs that provide education stipends, tuition support, nutrition, and bicycles. These children are given not only learning opportunities but also love, care, and the Word of God — shaping them for a better tomorrow.
2. Pastors Leadership Program
We equip and support 250 pastors and leaders serving in unreached and unengaged communities. Through discipleship training and church planting initiatives, we’ve established 750 house churches and built 10 ministry networks that continue to multiply the Gospel across India.
3. Widows Ministry
Every month, 150 widows receive welfare stipends, health assistance, and spiritual care through house fellowships. This program restores dignity and provides hope for women who have lost their support systems but not their faith.
4. Women Empowerment
Through sewing machine training and small business grants, we help women become self-reliant and confident contributors to their families and communities. By empowering women, we build strong families and nurture faith-filled leaders.
5. Community Development Programs
We reach out to suffering communities through flood relief, grocery and food distribution, and medical camps. These acts of compassion bring healing, comfort, and the love of Jesus to families in distress.
